Having entered the world of weight training in his teens, Rick is a no-nonsense, old-school trainer that only delivers results. He can back it up with the success and accomplishments of his clients that include first-place winning figure competitors.

Although the backbone of his training lies in classic bodybuilding philosophies, that doesn’t stop him from diversifying. Rick believes in continuous education, holding additional certifications in strength ball, strength bands, female sculpting, male sculpting, full-body flexibility, and core strengthening. His expertise in fusing his knowledge together is evident with his creation of the popular and unique class “The Workout”, a total body cross-training fitness class. In addition, he is a Star Level 2 Spinning Instructor with almost 20 years of experience.
