Get it in, get it done! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to several different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. This workout works you from head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.

Willie’s Boot Camp – Weekly
Willie’s Boot Camp signature exercise class, this circuit class brings you the best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength. Expect a great full body workout on a time frame that fits even the busiest schedule. No guts, no glory in this total body workout!

Saturday Boot Camp
Willie’s Saturday boot camp class combines intervals of cardio drills and weight training exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of exercises that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights. Expect the unexpected in these full-body boot camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety, tons of fun, and even a little healthy competition.

HIIT It Hard
This HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
Monday at 6:00 am and 9:45 am
